The Mobile Application is designed for existing customers of Egnatia Odos S.A., specifically EgnatiaPass subscribers, and offers the same functionalities as the Customer WEB portal at https://www.myegnatiapass.gr.

The Mobile App is available in Greek and English languages. To access the Mobile App, users need to either be registered on the Customer WEB portal or sign up directly from the welcome screen.

Upon launching the Mobile App, users are greeted with the Welcome screen, which includes the login section for existing users, options to create a new user account, and reset password functionality if needed. There is also a 'Stay logged in' feature to maintain connectivity even when the app is closed. If a user forgets their password, they can easily reset it using the 'forgot password' option.

Once logged in, users are directed to the Home screen displaying key information such as subscriber code, subscribed Commercial policy programme, details of the last payment made, and account activity for the selected period.

From the Menu screen, users can access various features including navigating to different pages, making account payments with different payment methods, viewing QR codes, managing bank cards, checking tolls and rates, contacting customer service through a communication form, accessing terms of use and About Page, and logging out.

When navigating to the Account page from the Menu screen, users can view account details, manage linked accounts (if admin rights are granted), report lost/stolen Transponders-Account cards, download account statements, change passwords and email addresses.

The Mobile App enables users to make secure online payments through cooperating payment providers. By utilizing tokenized services in a secure payment environment, users can conveniently store bank card information for future transactions. The QR code feature allows users to conduct toll transactions and recharge their EgnatiaPass accounts.

Additionally, users can check their account activity including toll transactions, payments, assigned Transponders-Account cards with balances and status. There is also a Communication form for easy interaction with Customer Service regarding specific topics selected from a drop-down menu.

Moreover, users can manage stored bank cards by viewing or removing them and report lost/stolen Transponders-Account cards associated with their subscription accounts.
